Scarborough Town Centre is the fourth largest shopping mall in Greater Toronto, with over 20 million shoppers per year. The company has undergone a massive brand overhaul with Underline Studio over the past few years and they wanted to attract more premium retailers to their spaces.

I designed a brochure that plays on the idea of “Scarborough Town Centre gives you more” that resembles a gala event invite.
